Terms of Service

1. Your account

You need an account to generate videos. You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live), give an email address you can access, and keep your password private. One person per account — don't share or sell access.

You're responsible for everything done through your account. If you think someone else has used it, tell us straight away.

2. Credits and prices

The service runs on prepaid credits. Rs 2,000 buys 6,400 credits (about Rs 31 per 100 credits; Ultra Max is priced for its unlimited Veo 3.1 Lite LP). Each clip has a fixed cost in credits, depending on the model and length, and the studio always shows it before you press Generate. Current packs:

• Lite — Rs 2,000 ($8) for 6,400 credits, 2 videos (1 on Veo 3.1 Lite LP) + 4 images at once, 2,000 free Nano Banana images (up to 150 a day)
• Pro — Rs 4,000 ($15) for 12,800 credits, 4 videos (2 on Veo 3.1 Lite LP) + 6 images at once, 6,000 free Nano Banana images (up to 350 a day)
• Ultra — Rs 8,000 ($30) for 25,600 credits, 8 videos (4 on Veo 3.1 Lite LP) + 10 images at once, 10,000 free Nano Banana images (up to 500 a day)
• Ultra Max — Rs 15,000 ($55) for 30,720 credits, 8 videos (4 on Veo 3.1 Lite LP) + 10 images at once, 15,000 free Nano Banana images (up to 850 a day)

Each plan also sets how many clips and images render at once, a queue limit, a daily allowance of free Nano Banana images, and which modes it includes (Lite covers text and image to video and text to image; Pro and up add every mode; Ultra and Ultra Max add the API and the Claude connector). Veo 3.1 Lite LP has a daily limit on Lite and a fair-use limit of 500 clips a day on Ultra Max, where it is otherwise unlimited.

Pakistani visitors may see prices in PKR for convenience; the USD amount is the reference. Credits have no cash value, can't be transferred to another account, and can only be spent on Vidancee. We may change prices or packs in future; that never changes credits you already hold.

3. 30-day validity

Every top-up, of any pack, keeps your balance active for 30 days from that top-up. Topping up again before then restarts the 30 days for your whole balance and keeps your pack's rendering speed.

If 30 days pass without a new top-up, any unused credits are forfeited and your account returns to the free tier (one clip rendering at a time). Your account page and the studio always show how many days are left.

Trial credits we give out work the same way and expire at the end of their period.

4. When you're charged for a clip

Credits for a clip are only taken when it finishes successfully and is saved to your library. While a clip waits or renders, its cost is set aside so you can't queue more than your balance covers, but nothing is deducted.

If a render fails for any reason — a timeout, a technical problem, or the content filter blocking your prompt or reference image — you are not charged. Some temporary failures are retried automatically before we report them.

5. Payments and refunds

You can buy credits by card through our checkout partner, or by contacting us (WhatsApp, Telegram or email) and paying another way. Card payments are processed by that partner; we never see or store your card number.

All purchases are final and non-refundable. The only exception: if you paid and your plan or credits never reached your account, contact us with your payment proof and we will add them or refund you. Full details are in the Refund Policy.

6. What you can't do

You agree not to use Vidancee to create, upload or share:

• anything illegal where you live or in Pakistan;
• any sexual or sexualised content involving minors — this is reported to authorities;
• sexual or intimate content of real people, or content that makes a real person appear to say or do something they didn't, without their consent;
• content that harasses, threatens, or promotes hatred or violence against people;
• material that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or privacy;
• content meant to deceive, such as fake news footage or fraud.

You also agree not to overload, probe or get around the service's limits, automate requests, or resell access. Our content filter blocks some prompts and images automatically, and photos of real people's faces are usually rejected.

7. Your uploads and your videos

You keep ownership of the prompts and images you upload, and you confirm you have the right to use them. Subject to these terms and the law, you may use the videos you generate for any purpose, including commercially. AI output isn't guaranteed to be unique, so someone else could get a similar result.

You give us permission to store and process your uploads and videos to run the service. We may feature a small number of generated videos in our public gallery; if you'd rather yours wasn't shown, email us and we'll take it down.

8. How the service works

Videos are rendered with third-party AI models run by our technology partners. We work to keep things fast and reliable, but we don't guarantee that the service will always be available, that every prompt will succeed, or how long a render will take. We may add, change or retire models and features.

Reasonable usage limits apply to keep the service fair for everyone, such as how many clips you can queue at once or per hour.

9. Suspension and closing accounts

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, abuses the service or tries to defraud us or others. Credits on an account closed for abuse are forfeited. You can ask us to close your account at any time.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim arose.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top, and for significant changes we'll let you know by email or on the site. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. We'd always rather sort things out directly, so please contact us first if something goes wrong.
