Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Account details: your email address and your password, stored only as a one-way hash we can't read.
• What you create: your prompts, the reference images you upload, the settings you choose, and the videos generated for you.
• Payments: for card purchases, the email used at checkout, the amount, and the transaction reference. For other payments, whatever you send us to confirm it.
• Security data: your IP address and basic browser details in server logs, used to protect sign-ins and stop abuse.
• Messages: anything you send us by email, WhatsApp or Telegram.

2. How we use it

• to run your account, generate your videos and keep your library;
• to add purchased credits and keep an accurate record of your balance;
• to send emails you need — sign-up codes, password resets and payment confirmations;
• to keep the service secure, enforce usage limits and prevent fraud;
• to fix problems and improve the service.

We don't send marketing emails without asking, and we don't build advertising profiles.

3. Who we share it with

• AI rendering partners receive your prompt and reference images to produce each video, and return the result to us.
• Payment partners handle card checkout and tell us when a payment succeeds.
• Our hosting provider stores the site, database and files, and delivers our emails.
• Authorities, only when the law requires it or to protect people from serious harm.

We don't sell or rent personal information to anyone.

4. Cookies and storage

We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in; it expires after 3 days without a visit (administrator sign-ins after 24 hours). We also keep a security token in that session to protect forms. Your browser may store your preferred currency (USD or PKR) on your own device. There are no advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

5. How long we keep it

Account details are kept while your account is open. Finished videos and images are deleted automatically 24 hours after they are made — download anything you want to keep. Reference images you upload are deleted automatically after 3 days. Characters you save stay until you delete them or your account is closed. Payment records are kept as long as needed for accounting. Security logs are kept for a limited time and then removed.

6. Security

Everything travels over HTTPS, passwords are hashed, and sign-ins and forms are protected against automated attacks. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

7. Your choices

• Delete any video from your Library at any time.
• Ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete your account entirely — email us from your account address.
• Ask us to remove any of your videos from our public gallery.

8. Children

Vidancee is not meant for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has signed up, contact us and we'll remove the account.

9. Where data is processed

Our servers and partners may be located outside your country. By using the service you understand your information may be processed there, under the protections described here.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top and tell you about significant changes by email or on the site.
